Ryo is in the back, Tegoshi is in the front. Tegoshi is kind of the baby of the group; he was put into the band about six months after joining the company, which is really unusual, usually they will be around for years before debuting, so he's kind of like the wide eyed innocent when it comes to a lot of weird idol stuff that the others are really jaded about. He's about 19 now but he was 15 or 16 when the band debuted. He's weirdly confident and over the last couple years has become this total flirt. Think a less slutty, sweeter, more ambitious version of Justin, s1.
Ryo is known for being sort of surly and having a sharp tongue/sense of humour, but he loves Tegoshi and is constantly saying flirty things to/about him. He in general says kind of sleazy things and acts like a pimp. He is hilarious.
