Wallet, bracelets, empty chokito wrapper, random straw, panadol, cold and flu tablets, instax and purikura, sunglasses, soda water, dermatitis cream, lip gloss, iphone, myki, keys, bag.

half of what i'd end up carrying around would be junk. i'd pick up pamphlets and magazines and they'd just live in my bag forever. and instead of having one set of painkillers i'd have ten. i haven't really found not having any of it to be a problem, i can usually fit my essentials in this bag.
